From spreadsheet chaos to CRM in 7 days

A migration checklist for orders, customers, and inventory in one system.

A CRM becomes necessary when a business starts losing money through scattered requests, duplicated customers, forgotten calls, and managers working in separate spreadsheets.

A basic migration can be done in seven days if you do not try to build the perfect system immediately. First, collect the sources of truth: spreadsheets, marketplaces, Instagram, messengers, email, and inventory files. Then define order statuses and owners.

The critical stage is importing without creating new chaos. Customers, products, orders, and stock should enter the CRM with consistent names, phones, statuses, and sales channels. Otherwise the system only copies the old mess.

After migration, the team needs a short discipline period: every new request is created only in the CRM, while spreadsheets stop being a backup habit. This is where adoption is won or lost.

BLEX Studio designs CRM as a sales operating center: leads, customers, payments, inventory, tasks, and analytics in one workflow.
